Shad Hicks
I am Dr. Shad Hicks pastor of Pleasant Grove Baptist in Oakboro. I have been married to
Jacqueline for 26 years and we have a 19-year-old daughter Zoe’. As believers and His church,
we are to be constantly and consistently investing in and building up the Kingdom of God. My
favorite verse is, “Oh, that You would rend the heavens! That you would come down! That the
mountains might shake at your presence!” (Isaiah 64:1) May this verse be our heart seeking for
God to do something extraordinary right here and right now.
Monica Butler
I am a blessed mom of 2 daughters, one of which loves volleyball, and I have a passion for Jesus. I own a bookkeeping firm and enjoy exploring nature in my free time. I have a heart for helping others in our community.
My favorite verse is Proverbs 16:3.
